The home features a very extensive lanai, protected from the elements by a deep overhang.
It offers a large dining table seating 6 to 8, a cocktail table/fire pit with 2 chairs and a double wide
padded lounge for relaxing or taking a long nap by the pool.
There are 2 chaise lounges located in the sunning area.

There is a large heated pool and spa which features can be adjusted by utilizing a handheld
remote control. The property is beautifully landscaped with vistas of tall royal palms and
surrounded by fichus hedges affording complete privacy. The entire property is professionally
lit providing an elegant atmosphere for the twilight/evening hours.

The sliding pocket glass doors allow the entire back of the house to open up to the lanai
creating an indoor/outdoor environment. This includes the family room offering a sofa, 2 chairs,
bookcases, large TV, DVD, VCR and stereo/CD player, a large gourmet kitchen with granite counter
tops and a breakfast area with a glass top table seating 4 to 6.
There is also a desk where hi-speed internet is provided at no additional cost.

The front of the home provides a more formal retreat. This includes the living room which
offers a sofa, 2 comfortable upholstered chairs and a formal dining table providing seating for 6.
The owners are gourmet cooks and love to entertain; assuring the
home is exceptionally well equipped throughout.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, large TV, DVD and combination tub/shower.
The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, lounge chair, TV and DVD.
The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, small TV, DVD and a chair.

The 2nd bathroom has a combination tub/shower and offers 2 sinks.

There is a 2 car garage and private Parkshore Beach passes are included!

Your well behaved dog is welcome upon owner approval with additional fee.
Sorry, no cats as owner is allergic.
